At Globe & Go LLC, we act solely as a booking intermediary between you and the airline or travel provider. All refund requests and approvals are governed by the airline’s policies and terms of service.

1. Refundable Tickets

   Refunds for refundable tickets are issued only by the airline, subject to their terms.

   Cancellation windows (e.g., within 24 hours of booking) and applicable fees vary by airline.

   Globe & Go LLC does not control or guarantee refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Tickets

   Non-refundable tickets generally do not qualify for cash refunds except in exceptional cases such as death or airline cancellation.

   Airlines may offer credits or charge change fees for modified bookings.

   Refund decisions rest solely with the airline or provider.

3. Special Circumstances

   In case of flight cancellations by the airline, a full refund is typically provided by the airline, not Globe & Go LLC.

   Delays and other disruptions may entitle you to compensation or vouchers as determined by the airline.

4. 24-Hour Rule (U.S.-Based Airlines)

   U.S. law mandates a full refund for flights canceled or changed within 24 hours of booking if the booking was made at least 7 days prior to departure.

5. Travel Insurance

   Travel insurance policies may provide coverage for cancellations or changes beyond airline policies. Contact your insurance provider for details.

6. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

   Please contact Globe & Go LLC customer support before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

   Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered fraudulent and can lead to account suspension, legal action, and reporting to credit card networks.

   By completing your booking, you agree that all refund and cancellation matters will be handled according to the airline’s policies and that Globe & Go LLC is not responsible for refunds.

   Chargeback rights do not override the agreed booking terms, and initiating a chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution and harm your standing with Globe & Go LLC.
