  1. General Terms

    All bookings made through Globe & Go LLC are subject to availability and final confirmation by the travel provider (such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators).

    Prices are not guaranteed until payment is completed. Prices may change at any time prior to booking confirmation.

    Booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided once payment has been successfully processed.

  2. Non-Refundable & Restricted Fares

    Many bookings offered through Globe & Go LLC are non-refundable and may carry cancellation or change fees, including in cases of missed flights, delays, or travel interruptions.

    It is your responsibility to review all applicable cancellation, change, and refund policies before completing your booking.

    Refund eligibility, if available, is determined by the airline or third-party provider — not Globe & Go LLC.

  3. Globe & Go LLC as an Intermediary

    Globe & Go LLC serves solely as a booking intermediary and does not operate or control any third-party travel services.

    We are not responsible for flight operations, hotel conditions, cancellations, delays, or any changes imposed by third-party providers.

    All service-related complaints or refund requests beyond initial booking must be directed to the service provider.

  4. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

    By booking through Globe & Go LLC, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our customer support team to resolve the issue.

    Filing a chargeback without valid grounds or prior communication may be considered fraudulent activity.

    Any disputes not resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and resolved through binding arbitration under applicable U.S. arbitration rules.

  5. Customer Responsibilities

    You are responsible for entering accurate traveler details and confirming all information before finalizing your booking.

    You must ensure that all travel documents (passport, visa, entry requirements) are valid for your destination.

    Globe & Go LLC is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.

  6. Booking Modifications & Cancellations

    Any change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@globego.us.

    All modifications are subject to airline or provider terms and may incur additional fees or penalties.

    Personal emergencies do not override provider-imposed cancellation rules.

  7. Consent & Acknowledgment

    By completing a booking, you confirm the following:

    “I have read and agree to Globe & Go LLC’s Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. I understand that this booking may be non-refundable and may include change or cancellation fees.”
